How Ketoconazole + Beclometasone + Neomycin works
Ketoconazole + Beclometasone + Neomycin is a combination of three medicines: Ketoconazole , Beclometasone and Neomycin which treat skin infections. Ketoconazole is an antifungal which stops the growth of fungi while Neomycin is an antibiotic which stops the growth of bacteria on the skin. Together, they treat your skin infection effectively. Beclometasone is a steroid which blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy.
