Isopropamide + Trifluoperazine is a combination of two medicines: Isopropamide and Trifluoperazine. This relaxes the smooth muscles in the digestive tract and decreases the spasms. Trifluoperazine is a typical antipsychotic. It works by blocking the action of dopamine, a chemical messenger in the brain that affects thoughts and mood.
