How Estradiol + Sildenafil works

Estradiol + Sildenafil is a combination of two hormonal medicines: Estradiol and Sildenafil. Estradiol is a form of estrogen, a female sex hormone produced by the ovaries. It works by replacing the natural hormone in the body when the latter is deficient. Sildenafil is a vasodilator which widens the blood vessels and increases blood flow to the uterus.

Diarrhea, Nausea, Stomach pain, Indigestion, Headache, Nosebleeds, Breast pain, Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Pain in extremities
