Ephedrine + Diphenhydramine is a combination of two medicines: Ephedrine and Diphenhydramine. Ephedrine is a decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels in your nose. This relieves congestion or stuffiness in your nose. Diphenhydramine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing.
