How Doxofylline + Montelukast + Levocetirizine works
Doxofylline + Montelukast + Levocetirizine is a combination of three medicines: Doxofylline , Montelukast and Levocetirizine. Doxofylline is a bronchodilator. It works by relaxing the muscles in the airways and widens airways. Montelukast is a leukotriene antagonist and Levocetirizine is an antiallergic. They block different chemical messengers (leukotriene, histamine) to reduce swelling in the airways. This relieves symptoms of asthma and allergy, and makes breathing easier.
