Coenzyme Q10 is an antioxidant which protects the body from damage by chemicals (free radicals) that cause infertility. Acetylcysteine is a mucolytic. It is added to counteract the harmful effect of Clomiphene on the cervical mucus (protective fluid in the uterus).
