Clindamycin + Zinc acetate is a combination of two medicines: Clindamycin and Zinc acetate which treat pimples (acne). Clindamycin is an antibiotic which works by penetrating into the skin and killing acne-causing bacteria. Zinc acetate exerts beneficial skin healing effects and prevents scarring.
