How Aviptadil works
COVID-19 can trigger an excessive immune response and lead to inflammation in the lungs, which can result in severe respiratory distress. Aviptadil has anti-inflammatory properties that may help reduce this inflammation and mitigate some of the damage caused by the immune system.
Common side effects of Aviptadil
Diarrhea, Hypotension (low blood pressure), Flushing (sense of warmth in the face, ears, neck and trunk), Injection site reactions (pain, swelling, redness)
