How Amitriptyline + Pantoprazole works
Amitriptyline + Pantoprazole is a combination of two medicines: Amitriptyline and Pantoprazole which treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD) associated with anxiety. Amitriptyline is a tricyclic antidepressant which increases the levels of chemical messengers in the brain that help in regulating the mood and treat depression. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) which reduces the amount of acid in the stomach and relieves acid-related indigestion and heartburn.
Common side effects of Amitriptyline + Pantoprazole
Most side effects do not require any medical attention and disappear as your body adjusts to the medicine. Consult your doctor if they persist or if you’re worried about them
