Ambroxol + Pseudoephedrine + Levocetirizine + Paracetamol is a combination of four medicines: Ambroxol , Pseudoephedrine , Levocetirizine and Paracetamol which relieve common cold symptoms. Ambroxol is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Pseudoephedrine is a decongestant. It narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from stuffiness in the nose. Levocetirizine is an antiallergic which relieves allergy symptoms like runny nose, watery eyes and sneezing. Levocetirizine is an analgesic (pain reliever) antipyretic (fever reducer). It relieves fever and headache associated with common cold.
