Allantoin + Hydroquinone + Tretinoin Topical is a combination of two medicines: Allantoin , Hydroquinone and Tretinoin Topical which treat melasma (dark spots on skin). Allantoin is a skin protectant which works as a moisturizer and relieves minor skin irritations. Hydroquinone is a steroid medicine. It blocks the production of certain chemical messengers (prostaglandins) that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Tretinoin Topical is a form of vitamin A that helps the skin to renew itself more quickly.
