Alendronic Acid + Calcium + Vitamin D3 is a combination of two medicines: Alendronic Acid , Calcium and Vitamin D3 which treat osteoporosis. Alendronic Acid is a bisphosphonate. It works by suppressing the activity of osteoclasts, cells that cause destruction of bone. This strengthens the bone and minimizes the risk of fractures. Calcium helps build and maintain bones, while Vitamin D3 helps your body effectively absorb Calcium . Vitamin D3 additionally supports the muscles needed to avoid falls.

Headache, Musculoskeletal (bone, muscle or joint) pain, Back pain, Indigestion, Heartburn, Diarrhea

- Take it in the morning at least 30 minutes before eating or drinking anything.
- It might affect your sleep pattern when taken at night time. To avoid this better to take it at day time.
