How Alcaftadine + Ketorolac works

Alcaftadine + Ketorolac is a combination of two medicines. Alcaftadine is an antihistaminic medication. It treats allergy symptoms such as itching, swelling, and redness by blocking the effects of a chemical messenger (histamine) in the body.  Ketorolac is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAID). It works by blocking the release of certain chemical messengers that cause pain and inflammation (redness and swelling). This is how Alcaftadine + Ketorolac works to treat allergic conjunctivitis.
