Dr. Arpita Roy Dam

Dr Arpita Roy Dam is currently serving as National Head - Lab Clinical Excellence & Quality Assurance, Clinical Lab Ops at TATA 1mg Labs. She has done her MBBS from RG KAR Medical College - Kolkata and pursued her MD in Pathology from Govt Medical College - Surat. A gold medalist in MD Pathology, she has significantly contributed to laboratory excellence through process optimization, technology validation, and strategic expansion of diagnostic portfolios. She is a senior hematopathologist with 20+ years of experience reporting complex bone marrows, hemto-oncopathology, routine and specialized coagulation, hemoglobinopathies, and flowcytometry assays. Dr. Arpita is also a certified NABL and CAP assessor, a life member of the Delhi Society of Hematology and The Cytometry Society, and an invited speaker at several national and international scientific forums. She has published widely on hemoglobinopathies and diagnostic advancements and is recognized for her leadership in quality assurance, clinical collaborations, and mentoring multidisciplinary teams.
