It is better to take Spasmofirst tablet with food.
Taking Mefenamic acid with alcohol increases the risk of stomach bleeding.
Spasmofirst tablet may be unsafe to use during pregnancy.

Mefenamic Acid(NA)


It is used to treat joint pain (arthritis), headache (migraine), dental pain and pain during periods (dysmenorrhoea). It is also used to reduce fever in various infections.

How it works

Spasmofirst tablet belongs to the class of medications called non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs). It works by stopping the body's production of a substance (prostaglandins) that causes pain, fever, and inflammation.
