How to use Poliomyelitis Suspension

Take this medicine in the dose and duration as advised by your doctor. Check the label for directions before use. Measure it with a measuring cup and take it by mouth. Shake well before use. Poliomyelitis Oral Vaccine may be taken with or without food, but it is better to take it at a fixed time.
"In breastfed infants, it should preferably be given two hours before or after breastfeeding."

How Poliomyelitis Suspension works

Poliomyelitis Oral Vaccine contains inactivated (killed) viruses of all three poliovirus types (I, II & III). It works by causing your body to produce its own protection (antibodies). In the event of infection, these antibodies prevent the spread of the virus to the brain and protect against paralysis.

No need except Paracetamol after Vaccine
Ipv {inactivated polio vaccine} vaccine is not available so oral polio drop is sufficient. Ipv can be given upto how many days From birth. If not given then any problem??
