Directions for Use:
- Take two levelled scoops (30 g) twice daily for pregnant women or as directed by the physician, certified dietician, or nutritionist
- Step 1: Take 50 ml of lukewarm water or milk
- Step 2: Add 2 levelled scoops (30 g) of Vivamom powder and stir briskly
- Step 3: Add 50 ml more water or milk into the cup (more water or milk may be added as desired)
- Step 4: Stir well and consume immediately. Alternatively, cover, refrigerate, and consume within 24 hours
- Note: Mixing with water or milk hotter than 35°C may compromise the benefits of the probiotics
