Directions For Use:
- For adults and children 2 years and over: Rub a thick layer on throat and chest
- Cover with a warm, dry cloth if desired
- Keep clothing loose around throat and chest to help vapours reach the nose and mouth
- Use up to three times daily or as directed by the physician
- Use as often as needed. Inhale medicated vapours through a nostril while holding the other nostril closed
- Inhale deeply to make breathing feel clear and cool. Expiry date 24 months from Mfg. Date.
- Put 1 steampod into a bowl of hot (not boiling) water
- Repeat up to 3 times per day
- Cover head with towel
- Gently inhale for 10-15 minutes
- Throw the water away
