Directions for Use:

• Remove the protective cap from the meter

• Turn on the device by pressing the ON/OFF button

• Immerse the probe into the water sample up to the maximum immersion level (4 cm)

• Stir gently and wait for the reading to stabilize

• Press the HOLD button to save the reading if needed

• After use, turn off the meter, dry the probe, and replace the protective cap

Safety Information:

• Do not immerse the meter beyond the maximum immersion level of 4 cm

• Avoid storing the device in high temperatures or direct sunlight

• Turn off the device after use to conserve battery life

• Keep out of reach of children

Replacement Policy:
In case of physical damage, wrong and missing item Tata 1mg shall provide a replacement. This shall be valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. Tata 1mg shall only be liable for physical damages visible from the outside, in which case customers are requested not to sign the consent form.  In case of manufacturing defects, replacement shall be covered under brand warranty. Customers must raise a request within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with relevant proof (video) of the issue

During on-call support, you may be prompted to upload an image/video for verification. Further support will be provided by the brand as per their warranty policy

Replacement Instructions:
Keep the item in its original condition and packaging along with MRP tag and accessories for a successful pick-up
