Directions For Use:

• Remove the protective cap and turn on the TDS & EC meter

• Dip the meter’s sensor into the water up to the immersion line

• Wait for a stable reading, then press the HOLD button to lock the measurement

• Press "SHIFT" to toggle between TDS, EC, and temperature modes

• After use, wipe the sensor clean, turn off the device, and replace the protective cap

Safety Information:

• Do not submerge the meter beyond the immersion level to avoid damage

• Keep away from direct sunlight and extreme heat to maintain accuracy

• Store in a cool, dry place when not in use

• Replace batteries when the screen dims for uninterrupted performance

• Ensure proper cleaning after each use to prevent contamination

• Read the instruction manual carefully before use

Replacement Policy:
In case of physical damage, wrong and missing item Tata 1mg shall provide a replacement. This shall be valid only for 7 days from the date of delivery. Tata 1mg shall only be liable for physical damages visible from the outside, in which case customers are requested not to sign the consent form.  In case of manufacturing defects, replacement shall be covered under brand warranty. Customers must raise a request within 7 days from the date of delivery, along with relevant proof (video) of the issue

Replacement verification:
During on-call support, you may be prompted to upload an image/video for verification. Further support will be provided by the brand as per their warranty policy

Replacement Instructions:
Keep the item in its original condition and packaging along with MRP tag and accessories for a successful pick-up

Warranty Information:
6 months brand warranty from the date of purchase. 

Warranty can be claimed once during the warranty period. This covers manufacturing defects only.
