Directions For Use:

• Unscrew the stopper and fill up the water to the two-thirds capacity of the bag

• Use hot water to fill the bag. Do not use boiling water

• Expel extra air by pressing the bag gently and carefully

• Put the stopper and close it tightly

• Ensure there is no leakage by holding the bag upside down
