Directions For Use:

• Step 1: Look straight ensuring that the chin is parallel to the floor and then place the cervical collar below your chin

• Step 2: Ensure the trough of the collar is matching your chin

• Step 3: Wrap the cervical collar from one side, holding the collar with the other hand below your chin

• Step 4: With the help of both your hands try to fix the velcro as per your comfort level

• Step 5: Close the velcro and keep it for a few minutes and if you feel uncomfortable adjust it so that the collar fits snugly, but not tight

• Hand wash with mild detergent and water below 30° C without wringing

• Dry in the shade on a flat surface

• Do not dry-clean
