Loose belt even when taken universal asked for exchange and they told its not as per policy and now the belt is of no use

I wanted a smaller size but this is such a bulky size that it is of no use to me. I am trying to replace it somehow but that is also not mentioned here

I order a medium size belt but I got large size . Its totally useless I tried to connect 1 mg by mail but still I did not get any response

Not satisfied this product, please support required Sizes issues exchange the product immediately

The belt is very hard to back I fill discomfort when use it. Vertical sticks added in the belt is not necessary as per my experience. Please do the necessary changes in this product. Thank you.
