Rahat HRHCPF 02 Hot/Cold Gel Pack is a uniquely designed gel pack that can be used for cold as well as hot application on the affected area of the body. The hot application provides comfort for various body areas. The cold application helps to reduce swelling after an injury, cool down the temperature or relieve minor burns.

Uses:
Ideal to use to provide comfort for muscle aches, pains, back discomfort, sinus issues, and menstrual cramps. It also helps reduce swelling, toothaches and provides comfort from headaches.

• It is easy to use and travel-friendly

• It has antifreeze properties and is microwavable

• It is washable, reusable, and flexible

• It can be used as a hot gel pack as well as a cold gel pack

Directions For Use:

• Store in the freezer so that the pack is ready to be used in case of injury. Approximately 1 hour is required to freeze gel

• Microwave: Place the gel pack into the microwave for approximately 30 seconds (If the gel pack is at room temperature) or 1 minute (If the gel pack is frozen) on intermediate power

• After this time, check the correct temperature has been reached. If not, further exposure should be in 10 seconds bursts

• Times are based on an 800W microwave

• Adjust heating times accordingly to suit the power of your microwave

• Hot water: Bring water to a boil, remove from heat and immerse the gel pack for approximately 4-10 minutes. After 4 minutes, check every 1 minute to see if the correct temperature has been reached
