Directions for Use:

• Empty one entire sachet into a clean container

• Add 40 ml of previously boiled and cooled water gradually to make a smooth paste

• Add 160 ml of more milk or 80 ml more water, stir well.

• Once prepared consume immediately

• Recommended Usage: Once or twice in a day or as recommended by a Dietitian/Doctor
