• Insert a test strip into a glucometer

• Apply blood to the top of the strip

Safety Information:

• For self-testing

• Store unused strips in vial only

• Each test strip is for single use only. Do not reuse

• Do not open the test strip vial until ready to remove a strip and perform a test. Use the test strip immediately after removing it from the vial

• Do not store the used test strip in the vial

• Store between 5°C and 30°C. Do not refrigerate

• Replace cap immediately after use to avoid contamination and damage

• Read the label carefully before use
