Omnigel is a pain relief gel. It is used for quick relief from pain, swelling, and inflammation related to muscles and joints. It is effective in revealing pain from muscle sprains, sports injuries, strains, arthritis, and backaches.

Apply a small amount of the gel to the affected area 2–3 times a day. Use it as advised by your doctor. You need to massage the gel until it is completely absorbed into the skin. Do not apply over irritated or broken skin. Wash your hands once applied unless you are treating your hands with it.

Omnigel is generally considered safe. However, some mild side effects can occur. These include itching, burning, or skin irritation. Talk to your doctor if these effects become severe.

Store the gel in a cool and dry place. Keep it away from direct sunlight. Keep the tube capped and away from children. Do not use if you are allergic to its ingredients. This product is only for symptomatic relief.

What is the recommended dosage for Omnigel Pain Relief?

What if you forget to use Omnigel Pain Relief?

Apply it as soon as you remember. If the time for your next dose is near, skip the missed dose. Just follow your normal schedule. Do not apply extra gel. If you are unsure, talk to your doctor.

What if you use too much Omnigel Pain Relief?

Excessive application may increase the risk of skin irritation.

• Use this cream exactly as prescribed by your doctor.
• Clean and dry the affected area before application.
• Apply a thin layer and gently rub it in.
• Wash your hands before and after use (unless treating the hands).

Active Ingredients:

• Diclofenac Diethylamine IP Eq. to Diclofenac Sodium: 1.00 % w/w
• Virgin Linseed Oil: 3.00% w/w
• Methyl Salicylate: 10.00% w/w
• Menthol IP: 5.00% w/w

Other Ingredients:

• Benzyl Alcohol (As preservative): 1.00% w/w

• Diclofenac diethylamine is a non-steroidal anti-inflammatory agent. It helps ease pain and swelling. It also reduces inflammation.
• Methyl salicylate induces a warming sensation to help ease muscle and joint pain by increasing blood supply to the affected region.
• Menthol induces a cooling sensation to help ease the symptoms in the affected region.
• Linseed oil promotes better absorption of the active ingredients into the skin and aids easy application.

When used in recommended doses, Omnigel is generally well-tolerated. However, some individuals may experience mild and temporary side effects such as:

• Reactions at the site of application (such as mild discomfort at the applied area)
• Dermatitis (skin inflammation)

• Tingling or numbness (paraesthesia)

• Do not apply heat or hot packs to the area after applying Omnigel. Doing so can increase irritation.
• Do not apply to broken or damaged skin. It may increase unwanted absorption.
• Be careful while using oral painkillers with it. This may increase the overall risk of unwanted effects.
  
• Do not expect much relief from deep joint pain. It works better on surface-level muscle or joint issues.
• Avoid sun exposure while using it. It may cause skin sensitivity.
• If there is no improvement in redness, pain, or swelling, discuss it with your doctor. They may help diagnose the cause.
