Omnigel is used to ease pain and inflammation. It is used for muscle pain, back pain, strains, and sprains. It eases sore muscles and makes it easier to move around.
Omnigel has diclofenac, methyl salicylate, menthol, and linseed oil. They help reduce inflammation and improve blood flow. It also gives a cooling effect. Overall, this gives relief from pain and swelling.
Follow your doctor's suggestion of applying Omnigel. Just use a little and rub it into your skin gently until it's absorbed. Wash your hands after using it unless you are going to treat your hands. Do not touch your eyes or skin that is broken.
Take it only for a short time. Do not take it for a long time. This is because long-term use may raise the risk of side effects.
It normally feels tingly or burning at first. However, the sensation starts to reduce slowly. Do not apply it to small cuts. Doing so may make the skin burn more. If the burning is severe, wash the area with soap. See your doctor if it gets serious.
