Directions for Use:

• Refer picture to understand different parts of the lung exerciser

• Sit or stand in a comfortable position

• Ensure a proper seal around the mouthpiece to prevent air leakage

• Hold the mouthpiece with your lips, sealing to ensure complete inhaled air goes through the device

• Place the mouthpiece in your mouth and take a slow, deep breath through the device

• Inhale as deeply as you comfortably can. This helps to fully expand your lungs

• After taking a deep breath, try to sustain the inhalation for a few seconds. This helps to keep the lungs expanded and improve lung capacity

• Exhale normally and then repeat the process

• Incorporate regular sessions of lung exercises into your daily routine, as advised by your doctor

• Clean the lung exerciser to prevent the buildup of bacteria
