Cystone is an Ayurvedic supplement used to support kidney and urinary tract health. It helps reduce stone-forming substances, thereby preventing the formation of kidney stones and supporting their breakdown.

The tablet also helps prevent bacteria from attaching to the urinary tract. The antimicrobial property of the tablet is useful in the management of urinary tract infections. Also, the tablet has anti-inflammatory and muscle-relaxing effects that help ease pain from a kidney stone and burning sensation during urination.

The recommended dose is 2 tablets taken 3 times a day. However, it can vary depending on the disease and the person's age. Therefore, follow your doctor's advice on the dose and the duration of treatment. Drink plenty of water while taking this tablet. Cystone tablets should not be used as a substitute for medical treatment in severe urinary blockage. 

Do not take the tablet if you have an allergy to any of its ingredients. This tablet might cause indigestion. Consult a doctor if you notice these side effects. Store the tablet in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.

What is the recommended dosage for the Himalaya Cystone Tablet?

For Adults: Take 2 tablets thrice daily for 3–4 months if you have urinary stones or crystals in the urine, followed by 1 tablet twice daily until the stone passes out. To prevent recurrence of kidney stones after their removal, take 1 tablet thrice daily for 4–5 months. If you are suffering from urinary infections, your doctor may recommend 2 tablets thrice a day until the infection is cleared.

For Children: 1 tablet thrice daily for children Between the ages of 6 and 11 and 1 tablet four times a day for those between 12 and 15 years.

The duration of treatment depends on the type and severity of your condition. 

What if you miss a dose?

If you miss a dose, then take the tablet as soon as you remember. However, if you are close to the next dose, then follow the regular schedule. Do not double the dose.

What if you take an overdose?

If you take too many tablets, consult your doctor.
