Directions For Use:

• Twist cap

• Pull Cap

• 1. Wash hands with soap and warm water. Dry thoroughly.

• 2. Select fingertip site, slightly off-center.

• 3. Remove protective lancet cover, see (fig. 1 & 2). If seal is already broken discard lancet.

• 4. Insert lancet into lancing device, use to puncture skin.

• 5. Apply drop of blood to test strip, wipe excess from finger.

• 6. Discard Lancet after use.
