Directions for Use:

• Each sachet for single feed or as directed by a healthcare professional

• Take a sterile bowl and mix the contents of one sachet with 25 ml of mother’s milk

• Stir well until the fortifier is fully dissolved, then feed to the baby immediately

• Cover and store any unused fortified milk in the refrigerator and use it within 8 hours

Storage:

• After opening, transfer the contents to an airtight container and store in a cool, dry place

• Prepared feed should be stored at 2-8°C and used within 8 hours. Any unused feed should be discarded after this time
