Each 1 gm of Gitzer Sachet contains Lactobacillus Acidophilus - 37.5 mg, Lactobacillus Rhamnosus - 25 mg, Bifidobacterium Longum - 25 mg, Bifidobacterium Bifidus - 25 mg, Saccharomyces Boulardii - 25 mg, Streptococcus Thermophillus - 25 mg and Fructo Oligo Saccharides - 300 mg.

Lactobacillus Rhamnosus is a probiotic bacteria which helps in preventing the growth of harmful bacteria present in stomach and intestine and used in dairy products. Bifidobacterium Longum and Bifidobacterium Bifidus is a non-pathogenic probiotic present in GIT and the vagina and also used as immunity booster. Streptococcus Thermophillus is a probiotic.
