Directions For Use:

• To secure full flavour, we recommend using mineral or spring water boiled to 100 degrees and then cooled to about 80 degrees Celsius

• Add 1/2 teaspoon of the tea into a teacup and pour in the freshly boiled and cooled water. Let it steep for 3 minutes

• Let the leaves settle down and sip in the magical flavour of this fine Triphala and mint green tea from India. One serving of green tea can be brewed several times for about 1 minute longer each time
