Gelusil Mps Xtracool White Liquid is a digestive-support medication containing a balanced mix of aluminium hydroxide, dimethicone, and magnesium hydroxide. Aluminium hydroxide is an antacid, which neutralises increased stomach acid. Dimethicone is an antiflatulent which helps in releasing the gas. Magnesium hydroxide is a laxative that increases water in the intestine and reduces stomach acid. It is sugar-free and is generally well tolerated.

• Dried Aluminium Hydroxide (added as Aluminium Hydroxide paste)

• Sorbitol Solution (70%) I.P. (non-crystallising)

Dosage:
