Directions For Use:

• Your shoe’s current insoles may be removable if they are taken out first

• Place the removable insoles against the back of your Dr. Scholl’s® insole and trim to match the old insole size

• If your shoes’ insoles aren’t removable, cut to your shoe size using the trim guide found on the bottom of your insole near the toes

• Place insoles in your shoes’ toes first with the cloth side up

• Ensure the insole heel rests firmly in the heel of your shoe

• Replace insoles every six (6) months or at the first signs of wear
