Directions for Use:

• Shake well before use
  
  
• Always dose by body weight of child
  
  
• Use measuring dropper for correct dosing

Dosage (Calculated based on 15 mg/kg body weight):

• 3.8-5.5 kg: 0.5-0.8 ml
  
  
• 5.5-8.3 kg: 0.8-1.2 ml
  
  
• 8.3-10 kg: 1.2-1.5 ml

Directions for opening the cover of the dropper:

• Unscrew the cover of the dropper by rotating it
  
  
• Pull out the rubber bulb and now use the dropper
  
  
• After every use, wash the dropper and screw back the cover

Safety Information:

• Not recommended for babies <1 month
  
  
• Dosage: 10-15 mg/kg per dose with minimum dosing interval of 4 hours
  
  
• No more than 4 doses in any 24-hour period
  
  
• Max. daily dosage: 60 mg/kg administered in divided doses of 10-15 mg/kg in 24-hour period
