Directions for Use:

• For Skin: Warm a small amount in your hands and gently rub it all over your face or body. Leave for 30 minutes. You can apply it overninght and let the skin absorb all the nutrients to get a smooth, soft and supple skin, then cleanse in the morning with a mild cleanser

• For Hair: Apply directly to the scalp and gently massage the hair from root to tip. Leave on for 20 minutes before washing, then cleanse with a gentle hair cleanser and warm water after care. Used for all skin and hair types

• Oral: Only the sweet almond oil is preferred for oral consumption. Pour over salads and pasta for added flavor
