Directions for Use:
Battery Installation:

• Open the battery compartment located at the back of the meter

• Place the battery with the + symbol facing up

Setting Up Lancing Device:

• Remove the cap from the lancing device

• Insert a new lancet firmly into the bottom of the lancet holder

• Place the cap back on the device; it should click into place

• Adjust the depth for pricking based on skin thickness

• Pull the plunger (end of the device) to load the device

Monitoring Blood Glucose:

• Insert the test strip into the meter with the contact bar facing upwards

• When the flashing drop symbol appears (after 2 seconds), the meter is ready

• Use the lancing device to obtain a blood drop (hold it against the site to prick)

• Apply the blood drop to the sample end of the strip

• The meter will start counting down from 5 to 1, and your blood test result will be displayed

• After obtaining the result, press the strip ejector button to safely discard the strip and clean the lancet by removing it from the device
