Directions for Use:
Battery Installation:

• Open the battery compartment at the back of the meter and insert the battery with the '+' symbol facing up

Setting Up Lancing Device:

• Remove the cap from the lancing device

• Insert a new lancet firmly into the bottom of the lancet holder

• Place the cap back onto the device until it audibly clicks in place

• Adjust the depth required for pricking based on the thickness of your skin

• Pull the plunger on the end of the device to load it

Monitoring Blood Glucose:

• Insert the test strip into the meter with the tabs facing the meter and the strips oriented correctly

• Wait for the flashing blood drop symbol (appearing in 2 seconds) to indicate the meter is ready to apply blood

• Use your lancing device to obtain a blood drop and press the release button to prick and obtain the sample

• Apply the blood to the sample area at the end of the strip. The blood will draw into the meter automatically

• The meter will start counting down from 5 to 1, and your blood test result will be displayed

• Safely return the lancet to its protective cap and dispose of the used lancet after completing the test
