I'm extremely disappointed with this product. The weighing scale is highly reliable and frequently gives incorrect measurement One moment it shows one weight, and seconds later it changes significantly without me even moving At times the scale gets stuck or jams completely forcing me to step on and off multiple times just to get a reading—still inaccurate This is not a minor issue—it defeats the entire purpose of having a weighing scale. I bought it to track my health progress accurately but with such inconsistent results its completely useless.They clearly dont care once the product is sold I rarely leave reviews but this experience has been frustration enough to warrant one Do not buy this product. its a waste of your money your time, and your patience I would give zero stars if that were possible
