- Soak foxtail millet for 30-45 minutes, rinse and drain
- In a pot, sautรฉ bay leaves, cloves, and cinnamon in oil. Add onion and cook till soft
- Add green chilli, ginger-garlic, and tomato. Cook for 2 minutes
- Add spices, then veggies and salt. Mix well
- Add millet and stir for 30 seconds. Add water, mint, and coriander leaves
- Close the lid, pressure cook for 6 minutes, then release pressure naturally
- Fluff pulao, add lemon juice, and garnish with cashews. Serve with yoghurt
