Directions For Use:

• Wash and cleans the hands with disinfection wipes and make sure the hands are dry before testing

• Insert the lancet firmly

• Remove and save the protective cap

• Recap the lancing device and adjust penetration depth

• Take a strip and close the vial immediately

• Insert the stip

• Make sure the code number is correct

• Pull the sliding barrel till it clicks

• Press the release button to sample

• Wipe off the first drop of blood and start sampling

• Touch the blood sample with the strip

• The result will show after the countdown. Then discard the used strip to a biohazard container

• The meter will turn off automatically

• Pierce used lancet into the protective cap

• Discard the used lancet to a biohazard container

• Recap the lancet device and store
