The product was delivered on time, and the packing was intact However in every box of 50 strips about 4–5 strips are defective or produce error readings. The issue is not related to handling as the strips are used correctly by the caregiver/home nurse. Considering the high cost of Accu‑Chek test strips this becomes expensive for patients who need to test at least twice daily
