Administration

It is recommended to begin vaccination when cats are around 8 to 9 weeks old. A second dose is given at an interval of 3-4 weeks, that is, when the cat is 12 weeks or older. Booster vaccinations are generally required for continued protection.

Revaccination for protection against feline panleukopenia virus is recommended every 3 years. For feline calicivirus and feline herpesvirus type 1, revaccination is suggested every year.
