Hydroquinone કેવી રીતે કાર્ય કરે

Hydroquinone ત્વચાને રંગ (મેલેનિન) આપતા રસાયણના ઉત્પાદનને અટકાવે છે.
હાઇડ્રોક્વિનોન ત્વચાને કાળી કરતા મેલેનિન નામના ત્વચા રંગદ્રવ્યના સંચયને ઓછુ કરી ત્વચાને બ્લીચ કરે છે. આ મેલેનિનના સંશ્લેષણમાં હસ્તક્ષેપ કરે છે અને મેલેનિન (મેલેનોસાઇટ) ઉત્પન્ન કરતા કોષોની સંદર મહત્વપૂર્ણ પ્રક્રિયાઓને રોકે છે. હાઇડ્રોક્વિનોનની બ્લિચિંગ અસર ઉલ્ટાવી શકાય તેવી (ઉલ્ટાવી શકાય તેવી વિરંજકતા) હોય છે.

Hydroquinone માટે નિષ્ણાત સલાહ

  • કૃપા કરીને હાયડ્રોક્વિનોન પ્રોડકટનો ધ્યાનપૂર્વક ઉપયોગ કરવો. જો સૂચના પ્રમાણે ઉપયોગ ના કરાય તો તેની ત્વચા સફેદ કરવાની ક્રિયાથી અનિચ્છનીય કોસ્મેટીક અસરો ઉત્પન્ન થઈ શકશે.
  • હાયડ્રોક્વિનોનનો ઉપયોગ કરી રહ્યા હોવ તે દરમિયાન સનસ્ક્રીનનો ઉપયોગ કરવો જ જોઈએ. બિનજરૂરી સૂર્યપ્રકાશમાં જવું નહીં અને સારવાર થયેલ જગ્યાને કપડાંથી ઢાંકવી. થોડાક જ સમય માટે સૂર્યપ્રકાશમાં જવાથી હાયડ્રોક્વિનોનની સફેદ થવાની અસર ઊંધી થઈ શકે છે.
  • હાયડ્રોક્વિનોનના ઉપયોગ દરમિયાન જો તમને ત્વચાની એલર્જીક પ્રતિક્રિયા થાય અથવા ત્વચાનો રંગ વાદળી-કાળા ઘેરા રંગની થતી જણાય તો ઉપયોગ બંધ કરવો અને તત્કાલ તમારા ડોકટરનો સંપર્ક કરવો.
  • હાયડ્રોક્વિનોન ક્રિમનો માત્ર ત્વચા પર બહારથી ઉપયોગ કરવા માટે જ છે. જો ક્રિમ તમારી આંખો, નાક, મોં, અથવા હોઠમાં જાય તો તરત જ પાણીથી ધોવું.
  • હાયડ્રોક્વિનોન ક્રિમને તૂટેલી, બળતરાયૂક્ત અથવા ઈજાવાળી ત્વચા પર લગાડવી નહીં.
  • પેરોક્સાઈડ (હાઈડ્રોજન પેરોક્સાઈડ/બેન્ઝોઈલ પેરોક્સાઈડ) ધરાવતાં અન્ય ક્રિમની સાથે હાયડ્રોક્વિનોન ક્રિમનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં. આનાથી તમારી ત્વચા પર ઘેરો ડાઘો થઈ શકશે, જેને પેરોક્સાઈડના ઉપયોગને બંધ કરીને અને સાબૂ તથા પાણીથી ધોઈને દૂર કરી શકાય છે.
  • તમારા ડોકટર દ્વારા સલાહ આપ્યા સિવાય રેસોરસિનોલ, ફિનોલ અથવા સેલિસાઈક્લીક એસિડ ધરાવતા અન્ય ક્રિમની સાથે હાયડ્રોક્વિનોન ક્રિમનો ઉપયોગ કરવો નહીં.
  • કૃપા કરીને ચકાસો કે હાયડ્રોક્વિનોન ક્રિમ સલ્ફાઈટ ધરાવે છે કે કેમ. આવી પ્રોડક્ટસ અસ્થમાવાળા વ્યક્તિઓમાં એલર્જીક પ્રતિક્રિયા પ્રેરિત કરી શકે.
  • કોઈપણ એલર્જીક પ્રતિક્રિયા નિવારવા તમારા ડોકટર દ્વારા ત્વચાની સંવેદનશીલતાનું પરીક્ષણ કરાવવાની સલાહ તમને આપી શકશે.
  • જો તમે સગર્ભા હોવ અથવા સગર્ભા બનવાનું આયોજન કરી રહ્યા હોવ અથવા સ્તનપાન કરાવતા હોવ તો હાયડ્રોક્વિનોનનો ઉપયોગ કરતાં પહેલાં તમારા ડોકટરની સલાહ લેવી.
