Itolizumab is used to treat patients with chronic plaque psoriasis (patches of thick, red, scaly skin) of active, moderate to severe grade.
How it works
Itolizumab belongs to the class of medications known as anti-CD6 monoclonal antibodies. It works by inhibiting CD6 cells (immune system component) resulting into reduced levels of cytokines and T-cell infiltration at the site of inflammation thereby reducing inflammation.

- Do not take if allergic to itolizumab or any of its ingredients.
