Guaifenesin + Bromhexine + Phenylpropanolamine is a combination of three medicines: Guaifenesin , Bromhexine and Phenylpropanolamine. Guaifenesin and Bromhexine help in the removal of mucus (phlegm) from the airways. Phenylpropanolamine is a decongestant which narrows the small blood vessels providing relief from congestion or stuffiness in the nose.
