How Clobetasol + Dexpanthenol + Ofloxacin + Terbinafine + Tinidazole works
Clobetasol + Dexpanthenol + Ofloxacin + Terbinafine + Tinidazole is a combination of anti-inflammatory and antimicrobial medicines. Clobetasol works by preventing the production of certain chemicals that make the skin red, swollen and itchy. Dexpanthenol acts like a skin moisturizer, improving hydration, reducing water loss and maintaining skin softness and elasticity. Ofloxacin is an antibiotic that prevents growth of bacteria by inhibiting certain enzymes (DNA gyrase) involved in their reproduction. Terbinafine kills the fungi by destroying their cell membrane. Tinidazole kills microbes by entering their cells and generating harmful molecules that damage germ's DNA (Protozoans & bacteria) & hence kills them.
