Bromhexine + Cetirizine + Diethylcarbamazine is a combination of three medicines: Bromhexine , Cetirizine and Diethylcarbamazine which treat parasitic infections. Bromhexine is a mucolytic which thins and loosens mucus (phlegm), making it easier to cough out. Cetirizine is an antiallergic which decreases the raised eosinophil count (white blood cells) and controls allergic symptoms like cough and breathlessness. Diethylcarbamazine is an antiparasitic which decreases the muscular activity and causes paralysis of the worms.
