Aluminium Hydroxide + Magnesium + Simethicone is a combination of two antacids (Aluminium Hydroxide and Magnesium ) and an antifoaming medicine ( Simethicone). The antacids neutralise excess acid in stomach. The antifoaming medicine disintegrates gas bubbles and allows easy passage of gas.
